HOW TO TRANSFER MICROCHIP INFORMATION INTO MY (ADOPTER'S) NAME:

Owners may register their pets online at HomeAgain.com or by calling 1-888-HomeAgain (1-888-466-3242). Owners will need to supply their contact information as well as their pet's unique microchip ID code and a description of the pet. Photos are strongly recommended. Once you request to transfer ownership, home again will reach out to us to confirm. if you do not change the info on your dog's chip- they will remain chipped to V4P. If they are found, we will be contacted. If you have contacted us to inform us that your dog has gotten loose, we will contact you to go pick them up. If you have not informed us that one of our dogs is missing, we will still contact you. But you are not guaranteed to get the animal back.
